Just had a fully-ducted Daikin air-con system fitted to our house including air to some tricky extensions and we are delighted with the result. Nathan, Rob, Cory and Bailey were very professional and considerate and we have nothing but praise for their work and the finished result. Loving the cooler house in this hot weather. Well done Static..Aug 2024. Brynn from Static just performed a service on our air-con system and was most friendly and professional. Booking in a quote was easy and the electrician who came out was nice. However the quote was obscenely high for such a simple job. I received quotes from two other electricians, and both of those quotes were less than half of what Static Electrics had quoted. Definitely shop around!

The electrician arrived on-time and completed the job quickly, the powerpoints I had installed are true and level and I am happy with them. Good communication through the quoting process, and explaining what is and isn't possible with my apartment layout.I had a data port damaged during install, but the company made me whole with only a few days turnaround, and with a genuine apology for the mistake.

Dom was a good communicator from the initial phone call and throughout the job, politely answering my questions and providing further explanation if he thought it helpful. The replacement of pendant lights was done efficiently and without fuss. All debris and old fittings were removed off site. My cocker spaniels enjoyed his company and "Jimmy" got a pat!All up - good job!

We had Shawn come to check our smoke alarms . He went to the trouble of cleaning the inside of two as bugs get in and you would never know. He had to replace two smoke alarms. We found him to be extremely polite, professional and courteous. He explained as he went along. We would really like him again next time.

Bailey from Statics Electrics was fabulous looking into replacement of our solar system. He took the time to investigate if the existing system could be repaired (which it couldn’t) and options to replace including keeping our high feed-in tariff balanced against putting a bigger system in with a lower feed-in tariff. He even did a small electrical fix whilst here. The team who answered my initial call were excellent. I highly recommend Statics Electrics.

Hi everyoneI would like to share an amazing story with you about my family’s experience with this company.I ordered an aircon to be installed for my sister who is bedridden as the aged one we had stopped working. When Jack the technician arrived to do the installation he tested our old one and replaced the batteries in the remote. And away it went. 🙄 Jack gave us the option of going with the new or hang onto the old one. His opinion was that we leave it. Which we did.We offered to pay for his travel and time but he said he didn’t think the company would charge. And they never did.Unfortunately the old girl really chucked it in last week and so of course I rang Static Electrics. A week later Jamie another technician arrived and installed the system.I unfortunately only got to speak to Jamie My sister Marilyn was so impressed with him. Such a delightful young man.I will paste the messages I received from my sisters two carers Robyn and Lea.Jamie was a really nice bloke...very chirpy and polite to us all....l thanked him for being so great when l left....xxxYes his name was Jamie & he was so lovely.
